The DRI-UP Clinical Study is currently being conducted at several specialized dermatology centers throughout the U.S. To see if you might qualify for the DRI-UP Clinical Study, and to be referred to a treatment center in your area, please take a moment to complete the pre-screening questionnaire below or call 1-888-978-8396 to speak with a screening specialist.

The pre-screening questionnaire is the first step toward participating in the DRI-UP Clinical Study. The questionnaire will help determine if you meet some of the main criteria for the study. If you pass the pre-screening questionnaire, you will be able to enter your name and contact information, which will be sent directly to the local DRI-UP study location in your area. The Study Coordinator at your local site will then contact you within a couple of days to provide additional information about the study, and discuss your questionnaire responses in more detail.

Please note that completing the pre-screening questionnaire does NOT obligate you to participate in the study. Rather, the pre-screening questionnaire helps determine if you are eligible for further screening at your local study site.
